The Administrative Team Ministry supervises, critiques or develops the Administrator's accomplishments for the church in accordance with the Bible. Members of this ministry are appointed by the Pastor.
The Choir Ministry uses God given talents to praise the Lord in song and hymn uplifting His name.
The Culinary Ministry orders, prepares and serves all food for church programs and activities.
The Evangelism Ministry provides opportunities to meet and invite others to Christ.
The Hospitality Ministry serves as greeters at church functions and creates a spirit of welcome for visitors, members and friends.
The Ladies of Virtue & Encouragement Devotional Leaders (ages 10-18) support the Mission Ministry through Praise, Song and Prayer by leading devotional services on 5th Sun days.
The Maintenance Ministry is responsible for repairs associated with the Church and Learning Center.
The Men's Ministry assists men in developing a strong personal relationship with the Lord and equips them to be spiritual leaders in their home, the church and in the community.
The Mentor Ministry builds, strengthens and promotes positive relationships between youth, adults and families by facilitating mentoring relationships in the church and community.
The Mission Ministry insures an ongoing, effective senior adult program, ministering to specific needs of senior adults and developing outreach opportunities for widows and children. They also minister to the sick and needy.
The Nurses' Ministry provides a caring presence and spiritual support to the Pastor, pulpit ministers, the congregation and visitors. The Ministry acts as an auxiliary to the Pastor in various capacities during regular and special services.
The Pastor's Support Ministry provides assistance to the Pastor and the First Family in a manner that will enable him to be an effective and productive Minister, Pastor, Preacher, Teacher and Leader.
The Prayer Team Ministry actively prays, encourages and promotes prayer within the life of the church.
The Security Ministry maintains safe and secure grounds for New Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church. The Ministry also coordinates any emergency assistance needed on the Church's property.
The Senior Citizens Ministry meets each Wednesday after 2nd Sunday to provide devotion, programs and services for Senior Citizens of the church and vicinity. It also provides lunch and occasional field trips for participants.
Sunday School meets every Sunday at 9:00 a.m. It is the learning arm of the church.
The Ushers Ministry seeks to provide for the comfort of members, visitors, and the clergy during all worship services. They support the order of service by assisting with seating, offering and any other aspect to ensure physical and spiritual dignity in the worship experience.
The Women's Ministry helps women become Christ centered and positive leaders in their home, the church and the community.
The Young Adult Ministry develops an effective learning experience that will meet the needs of all Young Adults by organizing and implementing classes and workshops that will provide training for the purpose of witnessing and leading others to Christ.
The Youth Devotional Ministry (young men ages 10 through high school seniors) leads devotional services on the 3rd Sunday of each month. They learn songs and hymns and the meaning of prayers and how to pray through ACTS: Acknowledge, Confess, Thankfulness and Supplication
